安定车评：吉利凭什么跻身法兰克福车展

　　日前，一批崭新的吉利汽车从上海港装船出海，远赴德国参加即将在九月初开幕的法兰克福国际车展。中国汽车自主品牌终于第一次圆了亮相全球规模最大国际车展的梦。

　　近年来，吉利汽车走出当年廉价、技术含量低的阴影，通过培养和引进人才，提升制造和自主研发能力，产品整体水平已经今非昔比。在不事声张中，吉利成为中国唯一能开发并生产高升功率的发动机、自动变速箱等具有核心竞争力关键总成的汽车企业，令人刮目相看。

　　在法兰克福车展，吉利将展出 5 款新车：吉利开发最早、最成熟的车型? ? 豪情 203A 的右舵出口车；中国第一款跑车“美人豹”的第二代? ? “中国龙”；配置中国首款自动变速箱的“自由舰”；华普换代车型海域 303H ；最新开发的吉利顶级车型 FC － 1 。

　　获得法兰克福车展的参展资格，对于吉利集团董事长李书福来说，并非仅仅是一次中国汽车自主品牌亮相的机会，而且也是把吉利推向国际市场的跳板。

　　当吉利要“造老百姓买得起的好车”在中国汽车市场获得广泛认同的今天，李书福的另一个更大的抱负“把三分之二的吉利汽车卖到国外去”正在付诸实施。如果不看海关的真实出口的统计报表，人们还不知道，吉利在 2004 年出口轿车 4846 辆，占全国轿车整车出口总量的 63.7 ％，是中国汽车业当之无愧的出口冠军。

　　为了提高吉利轿车在国际市场的竞争能力，吉利更把工厂建到国外去。今年 5 月 30 日，吉利集团与马来西亚 IGC 公司关于 CKD 组装吉利轿车，进而在马来西亚东海岸的关丹合资建厂的协议在吉隆坡签订，吴邦国委员长出席。

The removal and replacement of a clutch assembly can be completed while the engine is in or out of the car. The clutch assembly is mounted to the flywheel that is mounted to the rear of the crankshaft. Before disassembling the clutch, make sure alignment marks are present on the pressure plate and flywheel. The attaching bolts should be loosened before removing any of the bolts. With the bolts loosened, support the assembly with one hand while using the other to remove the bolts. The clutch disc will be free to fall as the pressure plate is separated from the flywheel. Keep it intact with the pressure plate. The surface of the pressure plate should be inspected for signs of burning, warpage, and cracks. Any faults normally indicate that the plate should be replaced. The surface of the flywheel should also be carefully inspected. Normally the flywheel surface can be resurfaced to remove any defects. The pilot bushings or bearing should also be inspected. Insert the new clutch disc into the pressure plate as the pressure plate is moved to its proper location. Make sure the disc is facing the correct direction. Most are marked to indicate which side should be seated against the flywheel surface. Install the pressure plate according to the alignment marks made during disassembly. Install the attaching bolts, but do not tighten. Then install the clutch alignment tool through the hub of the disc and the pilot bearing. This will center the disc on the flywheel. With the disc aligned, tighten the attaching bolts according to the procedures outlined in the service manual.
